The variety of technical, analytic, meditative, and creative course components are aimed at creating for each student a deeply embodied understanding of critical concepts for the physical theatre such as energy lock, active stillness, whole body listening, soft landing, neutrality, embodiment, resonance, ensemble play and more!
"This is a beneficial and necessary training as an actor, no matter what kind of theater you're interested in making."
