Introduction to Acrobatics is a fundamentals class that will focus on improving motor skills, balance, and the core physical skills needed to begin tumbling. This class is for anyone who has never taken a gymnastics or tumbling class before or someone looking to brush up on their skills. You will learn the basic fundamental skills at your own pace without any pressure. Come learn a new skill or get back to basics with us! All levels are welcome! --
Skills worked may include: Forward Roll, Backward Roll, Back Ext. Roll, Forward Straddle Roll, Headstand, Handstand, Handstand Forward Roll, Cartwheel, Hurdle, Hurdle Cartwheel, Round Off. Schedule Saturday, November 4th 2017 Time: 12-3 Tuition: $30 or $25 for students/seniors/artists

About the Instructor
Christian Leadley is an actor, singer, dancer, and stuntman originally from Rochester, NY. He graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University. He has a background in Isshin-Ryu Karate, Gymnastics, and Parkour. He has studied gymnastics at The Gymnastics Training Center of Rochester, with the Syracuse University Men’s Gymnastics Team, and at Chelsea Piers Fieldhouse (where he also studies Parkour). He has served as Fight Director in Residence for The Ume Group and The Sanguine Theater Company, as well as doing guest workshops for 68 Cent Crew Theatre Company.
